opinion about Invincible:

A brand new Michael, a mix of Off The Wall, Thriller, Bad and History but a hundred times better!! As soon as you hear the first song from the album, you feel enthusiastic, it's a new R&B sound and above all that, there are slow songs, really wonderful, his voice, it's as we had always wanted to hear, a little bit in the style of the musical comedies back in the 50's years! But also, there are the children who sing Neverland! You could even fall asleep listening to those wonderful songs, a real lullaby!!! You have some hi hi, la la la, then sometimes it stops, and bang, here comes a rap and you can also hear Santana's guitar, this song is a Western, yeah, you don't even have time to breath, all this album, it's so many pieces of MJ, of all styles. You hear it from the beginning to the end and once it's over, well it seems there's no end!!! Indeed, the end seems to take you back to the beginning, just like a story, it's a puzzle if you want. It's crasy, seems like everyone is gonna buy it, this album, they just have to, they just can't do it another way, it is ahhhh! My God, our heads is bursting, you feel like laughing then crying. Anyway, thank you for everything Michael, you really are Invincible!!!

1 UNBREAKABLE (6:25)
Like every MJ album, the new album begins with a fast song. "Unbreakable"'s
lyric's remind "This Time around"s. I have been first surprised by his very
high voice and the quite violent sound of the song.

 2 HEARTBREAKER (5:10)
"Heartbreaker" rather makes me thing about "Dangerous", where Michael tells
about the lady who broke his heart. The middle of the song is the first
place on the album, where fast and aggressive rhythm are succeeded with a
pure melody.

3 INVINCIBLE (4:45)
"Invisible" is the song where Rodney Jenkin's influence is strongest and
this influence is put in evidence by the way Michael sings the song with
all the small background noice that are associated to him.

4 BREAK OF DAWN (5:32)
"Break of Dawn" begins with a low bass and the song progressively gets very
sexy, full of melody, and MJ sings it like "Lady in my life". It's style
sounds like R Kelly's.

5 HEAVEN CAN WAIT (4:49)
When I heard the beginning of "Heaven can wait", I needed a time to
recognize Michael voice, because he is almost murmuring. He had the same
voice as during the "Thriller" period and the song sounds like Blackstreet
or Dru Hill, so it is a love song.

6 YOU ROCK MY WORLD (5:39)
"You rock my world"'s style is different from the rest of the album. The
sound gets fresh and light.

7 BUTTERFLIES (4:40)
In "Butterflies", he first sings low and slow but in the chorus, his voice
gets higher and the singing faster. It is a beautiful love song with a
brand new sound.

8 SPEECHLESS (3:18)
"Speechless" is full of emotion and certainly one of the most beatiful song
of the album, where you can hear Michael sing a capella.

9 2000 WATTS (4:24)
In "2000 Watts", you can also hear him sing a capella, but his voice is
mostly low and the sound very mechanic.

10 YOU ARE MY LIFE (4:39)
"You are my Life" is a slow song ; I think this is dedicated to his
children. It sometimes sounds like a lullaby and Michael sings it with a
lot of conviction.

11 PRIVACY (5:05)
"Privacy" begins with children talking like "Heal the World", but its style
is then moving to DS's.

12 DON'T WALK AWAY (4:25)
"Don't walk away" sounds very R&B and MJ seems hurt and interrogative,
however the song remains very musical.

13 CRY (5:01)
As everybody already knows the song "Cry", I will just say that this song
goes fine with the style of the rest of the album.

14 THE LOST CHILDREN (4:00)
In "The lost Children", MJ sings slowly and nearly like in the album "Bad".
Two kids sings with him and the song reminds us of a lullaby or a gospel.

15 WHATEVER HAPPENS (4:56)
"Whatever happens" sounds very Western. Michael's voice is very strong and
the melody plays an important role.

16 THREATENED (4:19)
The last song, "Threatened" is very street-styled and the chorus is fast
and electronic. The lyrics sounds like "Dangerous" and the melody like "Is
it scary". The style of this last song is similar the the first one's.
